Grapes Associates was asked to create a new high-end fish restaurant in the area which is the first of its kind - combining wine bar with top quality cooking from its head chef who was previously with La Caprice.
A new glass façade extends the front of the restaurant creates natural light and creates intrigue for this new restaurant concept in the area. The crimson furniture is plush and creates an opulent yet traditional atmosphere. Two clear areas have been created - one with a more 'bistro' feel and towards the back of the restaurant a more upmarket area. Large bespoke light fittings made of walnut and 1m in diameter give the design a signature.
