This property developer wanted to create a showcase apartment in Paddington to give an idea of design possibilities for properties in the area.




This 2 bedroom 1940's property was completely gutted to take it back to its original shell. The entire layout was re-designed with a new configuration to make better use of space. The overall style of the interior is sleek and minimal with the use of high-end materials and finishes - walnut surfaces, Italian light fittings, limestone. An overall effect of timeless quality has been achieved.
